Something is weird there. Voice Dial is enabled only if Siri is disabled. Yet your settings show both Voice Dial AND Siri.



What's that icon in the lower right of your screenshots, by the way?



If you restored from a backup, it might have carried over some screwed up stuff. Do a reset all settings thing. If that doesn't work, do an erase all content and settings.

In answer to the icon thing, it's from when you upload a picture in tapatalk it's a tapatalk icon/stamp

Are we being trolled? Does the op know that the Touch ID settings is under the settings menu and not General > Settings.

Anybody ever find anything out about this? My son just got an iPhone 5s today with the same problem. I have a iPhone 5s myself so I know what I'm talking about. Thx.

Have you updated to 7.1? If not, Touch ID is now located directly under Settings, no longer under General. If you have upgraded, and are looking there on your son's phone and it's not there, then I agree there's an issue and you should take it to Apple.
