So I have reserved an appointment to get the 6s at a store in New Jersey using the iPhone Upgrade Program as I was originally going to be traveling there. Now my travel has been cancelled and lost my appointment and the store where I live is fully sold out.
Problem is, I reached out to customer service and they advised me that they will not be doing the iPhone Upgrade Program for purchases AFTER September 25th and are unable to confirm if they will allow a date in the future for the purchase using their program...
Has anyone else received this same information from Customer Service? I think it would be kind of lame if I am unable to participate in the upgrade program just because I am now unable to get a phone on DAY ONE...
