That wasn't streamed live IIRC.

I'm pretty sure that was the only one streamed live? Maybe I watched it after it was posted? IDK..

If it was that one, I wonder why Apple only streamed one and stopped?

It's ok....word spreads in less then a blink of an eye in the world wide web..will find out soon enough  relax take a chill pill get your money ready  Let the rumors unwindbring it applelets see what you got tim

I'm sure this has been talked about a lot but I don't see it anywhere... typically how long are these keynotes? I can never remember. Closer to an hour or 1:30? Thanks.

I guess thats fine, I just would like to know a specific hour and where I could view the video recording of the event. That's all I really want/need :)

The reason nobody uses the current speech interface is you have to turn on a 3rd party app and it works poorly. But a fully integrated solution that allows you to use your NATURAL language is revolutionary and world-changing. My guess is you just can't comprehend how Oct 4th, 2011 will be a date long remembered.

Apple changes everything again.

Im not as mind blown by Apple as some, I guess. I was blown away by the original iPhone. Even moreso by the first iPad. Adding voice control to an iphone will not excite me in the least.

1:30 generally - and if it's solely based on the new iPhone, there's going to be a lot to announce in that space of time! :D

what a disappointment....i guess it must not be a MAJOR upgrade then

Didn't you read the article? iPad 2 didn't have a live stream and look how big of an upgrade that was. Just because there isn't a live stream doesn't mean it wont be a big upgrade.

This is further proof Apple is releasing a 4S only and not a 5. If they were proud of their upcoming announcement and didn't want to dampen expectations, they'd open this conference up to the world!

No live feed because there's nothing major to speak about and show off!! Lol, there is the iPhone 4s which is a major hardware upgrade not a new radical new design... sort of; no, just like 3Gs form the 3G.

The software, iOS 5 has been explained all ready and the iCloud intergration also. Which still want help a lot of people because, wait for it, THERE'S NO IPHOTO RELEASED. Most can't wait to take photos and have them shoot back home to be waiting... aint going to happen unless they also release iPhoto tomorow also. The iWorks for iOS isn't a great marketing tool for the masses of consumers who will probably recieve..

10.7.2 RC

iOS 5

and like most fan boi we are going to clamour over not being able to shoot our photos over the iCloud with our revamped 4s.

your English is bothering me

Ah, so that's what it is. I was curious.

Disappointed that won't be able to watch the event on my iPad again. Surprised that they don't consider the extra publicity that they get from it. Going to be a fun day nonetheless! :)

i dont get it, people are saying no live video feed = no major announcement. iphone 4 has no live video feed :/

im not expecting a major announcement but to use that as your basis is not very sound

Macrumors please read

ya, we'll post updates on the front page, tweet on @macrumorslive, and link out to places with live coverage.

Arn

you could facetime from there to your office and stream it from there!!

They probably just don't want to be live if Tim Cook slips into a little Alabama drawl and the Assistant feature doesn't understand a word he says.

Apple changes everything again.

Yeah, specially if you use your NATURAL language in non-english countries. Do you know there's a world outside U.S.?

It's a good feature, but nothing that big like multitouch, retina display, etc. (at least for me)

Sorry for my possibly sloppy english, think i'm not yet ready to use my NATURAL language with assistant ;)
