For me, the idea of having the "regular iphone" would be boring. I know that's a bit strange coming from someone who uses the 16e currently, but I like the idea of using something "different".
Is having the 16e really having something different though? It has probably sold around 10 million units to date.

All round the 16e is vastly inferior to the iPhone 17!

It is, because it is the "E" and not the standard model. And I bought it before the 17 came out, of course.
