Isn't the conference 4 days? Is there a possibility they might return back to the hardware again?

What a dud! This is what I get for stalking this board and counting down.

Who cares about MB Air anyway?

That doesn't we'll not see new MBPs this year, just that they'll possibly see a more silent update, i.e., just show up on apple.com

With all due respect - that is utter rubbish. The last Macbook pro hardware refresh was June 2012, along with the Macbook airs. In February we had a 0.1GHz speed bump on the 15inch. We will get an update next month.

In 2011, there was a refresh in February as well. Then they waited until October 2011 to make that refresh.

And it's silly to have two keynote events back to back one month after another. I haven't seen Apple do that since... ever.

Sucks as I was in the "hoping for a refreshed rMBP" boat.

What to do, wait some more or just by the current model. Hmmm tough choice.

wait wait and keep waiting for a incremental upgrade that means less than most make it out to be.

Damn it. Just opened a new credit card for my rMBP purchase. Now I will need to cancel it again!

No way I'm buying a new rMBP yet, especially since we know the new processors are coming along, since they are already in the air, and make a decent battery life improvement.

More waiting.......

Will most probably be a silent update TBH.

LOL you all waited for nothing

just buy it now and enjoy it.

if its anything like the air, its just a spec bump and most of you will prob not notice a difference using the 2012 or whenever the 2013 comes out

the next time something is released is prob october when the new imacs were updated

Why cancel the card? Just hang on to it and wait until you're ready.

Which card did you open up if you don't mind me asking.

You could always pick a lenovo ideapad y510p meanwhile! :D. Apart of esthetics, the next MBP will likely have same specs except SLI.

I have better information than KGI Security Ming-Chi Kuo... :D

Bastards! Maybe it isn't their fault, since Intel haven't released mobile processors with HD5000 yet, but the least they could have done was announce that they are updating them.

Well, in spite of there being hardware announcements, how much did you expect?
