Lawsuits are Apple related, if Apple is the plaintiff or defendant.
If you don't want to read those articles, you can skim over them, though it might be a bit harder, when there is more than one lawsuit article on the home page.

Not everyday, the past few days the front page has been dedicated to the Developer Preview of Mountain Lion, the iPad 3, and Foxconn.

We've already cut back on lawsuits. Some of the big ones (major new suits, major settlements) are hard to ignore.
