no more macbook?

    Yes, but there saying that the 13" MBP would become a Aluminum MacBook. (again)
    I would like to see all Mac's as aluminum, it just makes Mac's look more professional and cooler over all.

    But, macbook are 999 dollars and aluminum Macbooks are 1199 dollars. Unless apple is willing to cut the price down to at least 1099 dollars or less on 13 inch MBP, I don't see Macbooks getting discontinued. Although, I would agree that 13 inch has too many sku.

    13 MBA
    13 MB

    One of them has to go, and it will most likely be Macbook, someday.

    No one really knows. Those guesses are just as good as your's and mine.

    Would it be sad? Yes. The white MacBook is what started the modern Mac lineup and it's likely the first thing you think of when you hear "MacBook."

    That being said, I think it would be smarter for Apple to bring the 13" MBP down to a MacBook again and either make the white MacBook cheaper, or discontinue it.
