Hello All,

I apologise if this has been previously asked, but the iPhone 4 that I received today does not display "Verizon" on the status bar. I don't necessarily view this as a problem, I just don't believe it to be normal. Is it a problem? Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Its not gonna say it because you are on wifi. Turn Wifi off and the Verizon 3G will appear.

EDIT:

Never mind, I saw pics with wifi on and Verizon on the side.

None of the photos of the VZW iPhone that I've seen say Verizon either.

Actually, that's not true. I'm on wifi and mine has the signal bars, Verizon and the wifi signal. Just cause you're on wifi doesn't make Verizon disappear.

Mine doesn't have it either. I have tried it with both wifi and 3G and it does not appear. The phone seems to be working fine just no "verizon".
