Which is sad... because nomad has always made amazing products. Have you reached out to them? I’ve heard great things about their customer service? Fair warning. Apple released a warning about the MagSafe charger leaving a ring imprint on the back of the leather cases. I know it’s supposed to age and show wear... but something to consider. I use the wallet frequently so if mine starts, it won’t be noticeable anyway. I love the black one. Won’t buy another brown or tan one though
Yes, it is. I contacted them via their site describing the problem and sent the picture. That was Thursday and the auto reply said it may take four business days to be answered. I will see what happens.
I’ve seen the photos of what the MagSafe charger can do to phones and cases, so I never use MagSafe. I can understand leaving the mark on the case or phone when MagSafe is used, but the mark on my phone was from the case. I couldn’t believe it when it saw it.
I’m taking the advice of you and many others. If I do decide to get another Apple leather case, my only option is black.

They will respond. I’ve had them respond to me before for a shipping issue. It’s been a real person. So that won’t be a problem. Good luck with it all. Keep us posted.

What the 😳 who turns down a free upgrade to a 12 pro max 😳😂
Kind of an odd story. She had the 7+. We both got the XS Max when they came out. The whole screen flickering giving you headaches, etc. that you can read about bothering some people ended up bothering her. So, she's been using the 7+ until a few months ago while the XS Max sat in the box unused since about a month after it came out. She tried it a few months ago and now it's not bothering her anymore and she's been using it ever since. She says the XS Max is pretty much a brand new and unused phone, so she's sticking with that one. Also, she isn't fond of the 12's squared off sides. I have Apple Care on both the 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. I'm still using the 12 Pro. I prefer it's size and feel over the 12 Pro Max. I'm just going to hold onto the Max in case something happens to her XS Max. Although I bet if that happens she will want my XS Max that I still have instead.. Every once in a while I use the 12 Pro Max and it never goes for more than a day or two and I switch back to the 12 Pro. Right now, they are mirrors of each other so it makes it easy. I just switch the SIM card back and forth between the two.

The ring can be easily and completely removed without damaging your device by wiping down the back of your phone with a clean cloth.
