Here's how it went down for me -

Discovered "processing" at 7 am
Website flipped to shipping w/tracking at 12:40pm MST
FedEx text at 1:39pm
AT&T text at 2:31pm
No AT&T email so far.

Good luck to everyone else! I'm going to lurk a while longer though. I'm curious to see if things are going to break our non-premiere way.
 
Seems like everybody getting the "processed" update ordered SG. Anybody w the gold 64gb got updates?

877 still says back ordered.
611 still says preparing to ship.
Hope I get tracking some time today. It would be nice to have for the weekend.

thats is the same with me orderd at 11:58pm pst on 9/11 same start of the order number... i ordered the space gray plus 64G, Nothing has changed since i ordered.:mad:
Since my last post, my order on 877 number has changed from back ordered to processing.

What?! I got confirmation 1.5h before you and still backorder :( But I ordered gold. Maybe those planes all had SG on then since I think everybody who got updates ordered SG.
 
My 128gb SG plus is still saying backordered on the 877 number but my wife's 64gb SG plus, that I ordered 20 minutes later (but not confirmed for 2 days) is now in processing. :confused:
The last like 5 ordered that switched to processing are 64gb come one 128

they'll try to get you to DM them so you won't post anything negative but they are just as useless lol even with concrete proof that the orders are being sent out of order they act like "this is the first I've heard of this issue" and they fail to apply any type of credit to peoples accounts. At&t's Customer Service is a total joke.

I'll post the truth the att ceo needs to fire people or step down and make way for some one that can run the Company lol
 
I've been logging into ATT several times a day as well as calling the 877 number.

I preordered on 9/12, 64gb Gold 6+ non premier.
order# starts w 19127 but still stuck on the 10/2-10/13 dates with no further updates.

I had a chat with a rep "Christina" from AT&T through their online chat all she can say is:

"Cristina: It shows your order was placed on 9/12, there is a Delivery Promise Note of: Your Apple iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Gold will ship in 14-21 business days.

I actually do not have an exact date, although I do know that the estimated ship dates are pushed back in case of any delay."

oh wells back to the waiting game :(

I do not like the way AT&T has handled this at all, but if you look at all the carrier boards, everyone's in the same boat & Apple Stores & Direct Customers are getting their phones hand over fists. Just saying, Apple 50% Culpable.

6+ 128 Gold order conf starts with 1626 & logged it @ 3:24 AM on the 12th. :(

Totally agree with this. Had virtually the same experience Att sucks

Exact same stats here, and ordered exact same phone config. Order starts with 1626 also. Order confirmation came at 11:55pm the 11th. I feel your frustration! So annoyed!!! :mad:

iPhone 6 Plus. 64 GB Space Grey. Not premier. I switched from "backordered" to "processing" earlier today. Late afternoon. (Eastern Time)
 
Just called the 877# my order is finally being "processed" and is no longer on backorder!! Hope this is a good sign for all of us!! Wishing me luck and all of you as well!!

I would say it is our time, the 1912 order numbers of the 10/2 To 10/13 group Space grey 64 gigabyte iPhone 6+, I also moved to procesed on the 877 number, and non premier!

do it on twitter to @ATTCustomerCare with #attfail, i think now that ppl have shipping email and have detailed their order times/model configuration. sending them a screenshot of that and detailing your own order is solid proof enough for them to at least give some type of credit for not sending phones in the order that they were received
