Carrier Non-Premier AT&T iPhone 6 Plus Pre-order Status (Only)

Canceled my preorder from att that said it would be here November 27th and re ordered through Apple today. Apple says I'll get it October 24th.

I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus Gold 128GB Thursday Sep 11th at 10:54 PM Alaska Time. That's 01:54 AM CDT September 12th according to my confirmation email. Order # starts with 1626. Has anyone here received the same model with similar order number prefix? And does AT&T ship their iPhones out according to color/model?

I am pretty sure from what I have seen 1626 are the 128 models all colors I could be wrong but it is a trend I have noticed mine is a 128 and it starts with 1626 as well and who knows what att is using to ship phones they have some stupid way that they are doing it att totally screwed the pooch this year

the numbers are random i think because my 128gb SG is listed as an order# with 191
 
I am still stuck at 10/13-10/22

Was hoping would get the phone before the end of the week, but I guess not.

Well this is frustrating. People say keep calling the 877 number. I try to avoid it hoping for surprise but nope. So when I call I don't hold my phone to my ear or turn on my speaker. I hold my phone with my arm stretched out so that I won't hear the word backordered. This happens several times a day.. sigh

We'll see proven wrong it was just a guess though based off of what I had read thank you for the information it seems there is no rhyme or reason to this fiasco

I am doing the same thing I have it all memorized and can skip through in like 30 seconds the call is finished its torture I just want my phone soooooooo bad #

Nope. I have same first 4 numbers and I ordered a Gold 64GB.
 
I got email with new Css I opened it and as of yesterday in getting charged for my iPhone 6 plus upgrade. So I'm assuming my phone already shipped even though web site says preparing to ship b
 
I don't get it though website says preparing. 877 says processing. But I got that Css with proration charges for my iphone 6 upgrade dated yesterday but can't find tracking number anywhere. Hmmm anyone have any ideas ?

I'm assuming you were charged the upgrade fee? If so, it has todo with your contract and not the device itself. In other words you were gonna get charged the fee regardless.


If you purchased via NEXT, they shouldn't be charging you (I didn't get charged for this bill and still waiting).

Your best bet is to call the 877 # and find out your status through there. It's about the only solid signal that your phone will be shipping.




Edit: didn't realize the 877 said processing. congrats!!! You'll be getting shipping confirmation pretty soon (within the next 24 hours or so)
 
It's next upgrade. But on the Css dated yesterday there is proration from the mobile share fee. I was told no billing until phone ships
 
Non Premier

I ordered 9/12 @ 8:19am at which time it said ships 21-28 days.

Ordered iphone plus 64gb Gold

Order Status has shown ship dates 10/13-10/22 since day one.

My order # starts with 2010

Next Friday 10/3 will be 21 days so fingers crossed it ships then and not in the 28 day time frame.

Current Status as of this morning AT&T site "preparing to ship" 877# "Backordered"

Yes as far as I know they do don't quote me on that though cuz I think it depends on your area/weather
 
64G 6+ SG ordered 9/12 3:30AM EST Confirmed 6:06AMEST

877# went from back ordered to processed around 3:00pmEST yesterday, still no shipping or tracking info. I am Hoping I'm actually going to see some real progress and not just movement to the next circle of AT&T waiting hell.:confused:
 
I see over in the Apple pre order thread that folks that didn't even order until the 20th are getting tracking numbers for pluses. That's ridiculous, why isn't Apple shipping the phones the carriers sold for them while they were sleeping???
