im at the point to where I dont want to look at my status update anymore. Mine still says preparing to ship 11/9-11-27 which is nowhere close if the october dates arent out yet.

oh its a space gray 64gb 6 plus ordered about 12pm on 9/12
 
Was told by CSR that they are unable to change order to weekend delivery. Oh well no new phone for the weekend.
 
I sent a post to AT&T facebook page asking why it's so hard to get a straight answer from them and wanting support as well as better information. Another facebook member whom I didn't know posted on my message to AT&T with the same frustrations. She did note that she was a Premier member with November dates on her iphone.

Well I was surprised when AT&T actually replied to MY post asking to help HER instead of me. I've really had it with their lack of support. Seems the only way to get any support is if I were a premier member. :mad:

But But But Premier Members aren't appreciated or given the status they deserve. That's terrible. Is the Facebook page just AT&T? I'm going to go tell them how rude that was!!

I was told by Monika Williams who works at the office of the President in Arkansas (phone number 501-862-677...email ME5287@att.com ) that it does not matter if you are a premier customer or not you phone will be shipped in the order your order was placed...bs if you as me but see if you can give her a ring she has icnored me the last 3 days, luckly i got shipping info to day but still told her i was dissatisfied. think i got a sorry nope this is what i got. it was about the weekday shipping.

I am happy to hear your phone is on its way. Unfortunately, once a shipment is in progress with FedEx, AT&T can no longer make changes. I was shocked that they ignored my post to at least help. They can ignore my post but to skip me to help the premier member, was not cool. Maybe I don't spend alot of money like a premier account member does but i've been a long time customer since 2005.

Us lowly consumers spend plenty with them, remember, they get discounts and many times special pricing, we just get skipped over so they can be assisted. I've been irritated with this whole process but I am furious about what happened to you.

Yes definitely, when you put it like that we all pay a large amount to them each month over the many years.

And for their damage control another rep posted afterwards for asking that I email them as well and they will help me after I posted in response.

Just an update preordered an iPhone 6+ 128gb space gray at 12:09 am pst got a confirmation at 12:16 am estimated ship date 10/02-10/13 always has been still is called 877 still says back ordered everything else says processing this freaking sucks :mad:
 
Today has mainly been 64 I'm hoping the mainly 128 day will be tomorrow but it could be mainly 16 tomorrow never know

i saw alot of golds get shipped on launch day and a couple days after, now its SG time. golds will be next...next week it will be in your hands..

I don't know about you but I have a feeling we'll be the last ones to receive our phones. Tomorrow could be a day for 128 space gray and who knows maybe the silvers are up next. I hate this color game thing. They should've just added an ugly color that people wouldn't want to buy. That would've made my life easier

Just called 877 and my changed to processed! :) 64 GB Gold 6+... ordered 50 minutes after preorder launch on 9/12. My shipping dates are 10/2-10/13 but everyone has their order shipped after it changed to processed! YAY! haha

IM NON PREMIER by the way
