Yeah , but what is up with that. They already get reduced bills just because their company has a deal with AT&T(although apparently AT&T doesn't keep track of this so you stay premier even once you leave a company).

Why should we be fulfilled after premier and are they going to fill all the premier orders before us or what??
 
Sooooo glad someone made this thread. When I post in the other threads and make comments about premier users getting theirs everyone says they aren't given priority blah blah.

But so many people have ordered the same phone as me, after me, and got it before me.

Hopefully, we will see some movement over the next day or two. There was a ton of planes that flew in two nights ago/yesterday/today so there should be movement. It sounds like AT&T is pulling stock from stores to fill preorders; so that helps us out too if it's true.
Because premier customers are whiners and instead of accepting the fact that they are getting priority over us they just cry about how they are premier and they don't have a phone so it's not true then 20 minutes later they post with its shipped blegh I hate premier #

Has anyone got AT&T to admit that they are fulfilling premier order first, I talked to someone today and they act like they had no idea.

I mean WTF!!! If I had known they would do that I would never of pre-ordered through them. At least we know now for in the future I guess...

They probably wouldn't have any idea at the level we consistently deal with. It would probably be done on the backend and they would just be bumped to the front of the queue at the fulfillment center.

Here's the sad irony for me - When I preordered the iPhone 5, I was on Premiere and felt like it delayed the order process. I didn't get it complete until later that morning and thought I wouldn't get launch day delivery. It did come launch day though.

To prevent any snags this time around, last week I called AT&T and left Premiere.

If I hadn't, I might have my phone already or at least be a few days closer to it.

Called 877 last night ~ 8:45 pm and noticed I had gone from backordered to processed.

Received email this morning @ 9:15 "Information about your ATT plan"

Checked on line status @ 9:50-ish and shipping had gone from pending to "shipped" but no tracking info.

10:05 FDX number showed up with pickup in Memphis for delivery to St Louis tomorrow.

I am NOT Premier....

ORDER number starts with 1114

I think the reps are taught to play dumb and admit nothing. I guess if AT&T keeps them in the dark like the mushrooms they appear to be, it's technically true.
As for the expectation that the dates were just worst case scenario and most of us would be filled by now, I never bought it. I remember ordering through AT&T a few years ago on another iphone rollout and getting the same run around for a few weeks. I'd forgotten how maddening it was and fell for it again when the Apple site wasn't up for the first hour.
As I've explained previously, back ordering a large number of carrier pre-orders for a few weeks is baked into the Apple cake so they can say they sold 10 million phones. They are counting us in that number. Really steams me.

Mine are 1912, but they seem to be all over the place. I'm willing to guess different call centers had different starting digits.
The Premiere status getting clear preference since sometime over the weekend is really starting to get on my nerves. I think we should all call and tell them we know their game and find it unacceptable. The free crap to the prolific whiners drives me nuts too. How about treating all your customers as equally important AT&T???

I got order confirmation at 201then
At 230am another confirmation email with an attachment but it wasn't a pdf. Is this the processed email everyone talks about? It has phone plus a line for a SIM card

Got a weird status from ups tracking on my case order from Apple it said "The receiver has been requested to provide warehouse entry details necessary for clearance." Called ups and they logged into in and said they would call back. And sure enough 15 min later Brenda called from ups in Kentucky. She said my case order was with 5000 iPhones from China and they will release my case once they go though the entire shipment. I then told her that I was also waiting for tracking on a iPhone 6+ and she said if she saw anything else with my address on it she would call me!!! How cool!!! Although I have doubts that any thing else is coming to me besides the case it was nice that she offered.

I wish that Att was as genuine as UPS

I also got 2 emails, like you. The chat rep said that my official order time was for the later email. 2:09AM Central, rather than 1:51AM Central.

Talking to a chat rep right now and he is telling me they can't look up times of orders or anything.. I love how they are all over the place on what they can and can't do.
 
Figured I'd add my two cents. Ordered 6+ 64gb Space Gray at 4:18EST got the confirmation email as soon as I hit place order. Confirmation email said 7-10 business days. A couple of minutes later I get another email saying my ship dates have changed to 10/13-10/22, then on Sept 16th I received another email moving my ship dates up to 10/2-10/13. I'm not, nor did I expect to see my phone anytime soon.

I must say I am extremely disappointed in the way AT&T has decided to handle this by keeping us all in the dark. At this point I couldn't care less about the phone. I'm more angry that AT&T doesn't have the common decency and respect for their customers to at least give us all a generic email blast saying "they know they messed up and are doing everything they can to fulfill orders". It is completely and utterly disgusting that they are filling orders based on account status (primer vs non-primer) and NOT first come first serve. Let alone charging people upgrade fees before they even receive their phones. I've been a loyal customer of AT&T for almost 15 years now (since Cingular) and their whole lack of honesty and extreme cooperate greed is beyond unacceptable.
