WOW after reading what others posted I really hope someone goes in and takes him away for his own good. (Yes it would probably be tramatic for most being ripped from your mom) but wow...just .... wow...Where is the Dad in all this?

No, that's not funny. But that fact that a father figure isn't around anymore makes the Oedipus complex argument some what believable.
And Kaelin's video work at the beginning of this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_Z5Sj9scKg doesn't help either.
I think it would be even more traumatic for Kaelin to be separated from this mother. They share a really deep, very very close relationship, which I feel, if broken, would be worse than leaving him in his current "situation" (or so I've heard it called).

Sorry I am late to the party. I watched some of the videos and read some of her blogs because it is honestly like a train wreck.
The woman is a prostitute and was a stripper. Now there is nothing wrong with being a stripper but there is a photo of her stripping while she was clearly pregnant with him so she probably was hooking to while pregnant with him.
She video tapes him constantly. I watched some of the videos and the boy did have friends but they stopped coming by. I wonder why?
She has been kicked out of a few apartments and is being evicted out of her current one because she took the neighbors son on two occasions and didn't bring him back until 3 am. She then video taped her self talking to the 8 year old neighbor about the letter she received saying she was not to talk to him at all or come near him or else they would contact the police. She was interrogating the boy asking him what he thinks about it.
In every place she has moved to the neighbors constantly have been calling CPS (or what ever Canada calls it) because of her creepy behavior with her son. She has him video taping her stripping,taking baths,etc.
She also video taped her mother dying and posted that up on youtube.
The father is around and visits. I am not sure what the deal is or why he won't take custody of him.
TL;DR don't stick it in crazy
edit: oh and he was taken away a long time ago but given back there was another video she posted talking to him about how he felt when he was gone. You can hear him whisper "happy"

Thanks for the link. It's pretty informative, though I don't appreciate the guy banging on about veganism, which can be perfectly healthy lifestyle. The real issue is that raw-veganism is just so limiting that it's very hard to remain healthy, and the fact that the kid looks pretty miserable eating flowers and that sort of thing.
