North/South Carolina Apple Watch Order Thread

Raleigh here, one 42mm Sport and one SS, both white bands.

Both changed to Preparing for Shipment, but the SS fell back to processing. I have a charge for both though, so I'm still hopeful...I ordered the SS first.
 
From New Bern area here. Ordered the sport watch with pink band. Confirmation email at 3:03am order still processing.

Yup my wife thought I was crazy to set my alarm for 2:40am so I could be ready with the app to order right at 3:01am. She just doesnt understand haha


It seems I may see a few Charlotte people around town with the watch, I will send you my heartbeat if you wave at me hahahahahaha
 
Wake Forest area here... ordered 3AM ET, Space Gray, 42mm Sport edition w/ black band. Went to prepared for shipment last night, AMEX charged just beforehand.
 
Columbia here, but no change in status.

Sport Space Gray with black band, got confirmation at 3:04. Within the 4/24 window:(
 
Charlotte here. 42mm SS with black classic leather band. Ordered shortly after 3 am....Order is still processing...
 
I thought that I was going to be the only one in Columbia with an :apple: Watch. I still don't have any friends who are getting one. So no tapping or drawing on people's wrists for me.

Good luck with the W. Cola hub- you will have to put in your request quickly, and customer service is not particularly good at the customer pick up location.
 
Aiken, SC here... no movement on my watch, although I'm not surprised with the 4-6 week range. Ordered a 42mm Space Gray Sport.

My charger is preparing for shipment though.

I live near the hub and the airport but I'm just going to let it all be; I know if I mess with where the order goes or stays I'll just end up waiting longer. Learned that lesson once.

I would wait for it to be delivered. However, UPS or FedEx both deliver in my neck of the woods late in the evening. So 1) I hate having to wait that long 2) If I leave for the morning/afternoon and miss them coming early then I will be pissed.

I've never had to sign for a delivery from Apple before so I'll just monitor the app and when it's delivered I'll head home for an early/late lunch.
 
I am hoping within the next 24 hours we start seeing the status change from preparing shipment to shipped and then we can see the method and date. I still have to believe if we are at this status now, we are set for a Friday delivery.

This is my first time pre ordering anything from Apple, so this has been exciting

I took the day off. I might be a bum and just wait for it home all day. I hoped to take it for a run once I got it. But now I'm making it sound like a dog.
