Not Able to Purchase VIP Membership

For the past 3 days, I have been trying to purchase a 1 year VIP membership before committing to the $29 lifetime plan, but every time I click on the option to upgrade, I always get this message:

Is there any way to fix this so I can upgrade?

I don't know anything about the VIP membership you're trying to subscribe to, but I've seen that message when cellular is not enabled for that app.

I know it's confusing, but Tapatalk is a separate company from us. We aren't selling that package and don't have anything to do with it.

I really want to buy the membership since I use other forums on the app besides MacRumors.

I bought a year once. It continued to be buggy and lacked good support, and decided it wasn’t worth it. MacRumors is easier to traverse outside of Tapatalk (for me).

This issue has been resolved. I now have it for a year and if I like it then I’ll upgrade to lifetime.

I was grandfathered until the VIP option for 6 months because I’d paid for Tapatalk way way way back yonder (6, or even perhaps 8 years ago).

I tried hard to like it. In the end though I found it just way too limiting. When my membership lapsed 2 weeks ago I wasn’t even remotely upset.

At least for MR, @arn, @annk and all the MR guys and gals have done a totally stellar job with XenForo that, for me, make using MR on TT feel kludgy at best in comparison.
