The keyboard shorcut says to press

^ (up arrow) P

what exactly are the keys to press on the keyboard to access this shortcut?

The shortcut is to change input language btw.

I never got the symbol for the top key. When I see that for short cuts, I need to cycle through the keys that I do know and deduce that its alt/option key.
