They go great with my Cinema Display

I always thought Nothing's (phones and earbuds) whole raison d'etre was to provide an Apple-like UX and Apple-adjacent aesthetic to Android users who wanted it. For someone all in on the Apple ecosystem, there's no point.
I bought the Nothing Phone 1. The reason I bought it was it’s the only Android phone that has the same size bezels all the way around the display. Even $1300 Samsung phones have a larger bezel at the bottom. Use it for travel as my damned iPhone doesn’t have a SIM card tray. Next iPhone I buy will be from overseas. The world isn’t ready for eSIM.

Perhaps the world isn't ready yet for eSIM, but sometimes Apple does move ahead of the curve a bit. For example, eliminating the 3.5-inch floppy drive, and then eliminating the optical drive reader. These were both removed before folks were ready to move on. I'm sure there are other examples but right now I don't recall. I've been using Apple Macs since 1989 and remember feeling multiple times when Apple's removable of a technology felt premature, but a few years later practically everyone else followed suit.

Let’s not overlook the fact APP 2 also double as an airtag.
Wait, it does? I don't think I understand. Find My also works with APP1, but how does APP2 differ and how is it like AirTags? I'm sure I'm missing something, if you'd care to explain :)

The only reason I got the AirPods Pro was for spatial audio for looking at movies at night. If Nothing doesn't have spatial audio then nothing to hear here. The pile up of nothing puns.

I already have iPhone ecosystem, so I wouldn't buy anything other than Beats or Apple earphones. This buds will appeal to people who don't care or agnostic about their tech brands.

But for Apple's walled garden, it's a missed opportunity (and waste of money) to buy 3rd party accessories, even more when AirPods priced about the same when you get it on sale, might as well just get the "real deal".

This is literally the worst EQ I have seen in my life.
It isn't meant to be an EQ like you'd traditionally get with a music player - hence why it's in the 'Accessibility' settings. This feature takes the results of a hearing test and adjusts the output to compensate for the level of hearing loss at different frequencies. There's only a limited number of frequencies it allows you to adjust as they correspond to the measured points on a standard audiogram - though intermediate frequencies are still adjusted appropriately according to an algorithm.

It's easy to think that anything in the Accessibility settings is just for old people or those with severe disabilities, but the reality is even from their mid-30s, many people of going to start suffering hearing degradation (as opposed to loss) and would benefit from these headphone accommodations. Just giving it a go to see what difference it makes for you (apps like Mimi will give you a good, free hearing test) isn't going to make you old or deaf.

I want Nothing to do with them. Pay a little more and get the real thing (Apple) with zero compatibility and connection issues.
