The agenda function is stupid. It shows all the hours where I've got nothing planned instead of showing what I'm actually doing today.

It's just telling you that you are actually free to do something in the next few hours. That, or that you are not busy enough. ;)
 
It needs the FB and Twitter buttons. Those were nice to have. Dont really understand why they would only include them in only one OS then get rid of them. Maybe they are going to do something cool that we dont know about.

I agree. I've turned it off, it's ugly, poorly designed and just doesn't fit in my opinion.

They have not included them because they don't belong there. It was a mistake in iOS 6 but there really wasn't another option. Now with Control Center they can be implemented there. But I would be very surprised if they returned to Notification Center as it should really just be reserved for pushed notifications and not the initiation of any user action.
 
Overall, I like iOS7's better, but I too wish they would find a place for the weather widget.

Ya thats a good point. I dont care how i get to them but it would be nice to have quick access like before
