The paid version will have Android style pull down shade....

I know but it still doesn't provide anything more like I said. You can actually use the free version with activator but I'm guessing with the pro version it'll actually have a shade effect.

Btw it looks like they will be fixing the alarm problem I mentioned above. The devs seem very responsive via twitter.

it keeps telling me there's an update even though i have the most recent version. 1.1

Question, seems like you're using lockinfo, I am wondering whether lockinfo (with infoshade) provides notification pull down shade like Android (and the paid version of Notified app) from the MAIN MENU (not lockscreen)?

There's a setting for it to do that. If you hold on to the status bar while on the homescreen, the same lockscreen info will show up. Hold the status bar to make it disappear. This can be done from any App.

EDIT: Homescreen/any App was a little confusing. I meant that you could see the lockscreen info from any App using the short hold.

And you can set that for different gesture, correct? Because I have SBSettings pop up for short hold on status bar. I'm planning to do swipe down for Lockinfo :D

I guess ill go ahead and try this Lockinfo now for hands on experience. If i like it I'll go ahead and get it.

Yes you can change the activation method to whatever you like via actvator. I use swipe down statusbar. The infoshade can be activated anywhere and slides down (with transparency options) and slides back up by the same gesture or if you enable the "close bar" you can tap it at the very bottom and the infoshade will slide back up. This is as close to the android shade I've seen except for qtweeter (twitter app in cydia) which actually slides down and up along with your finger (tracks it).

Lockinfo uses plugins you can arrange such as weather, clock, calendar, SMS, phone, notifications, to do, etc.... I love being able to see everything at glance from the lockscreen as well as jump straight to the app the notification is from without having to unlock. The one thing that would make the infoshade better is if you could customize thr plugins for it independently of the lockscreen. Being able to take a few things out would keep it cleaner looking as a notifications panel.
