Space Black Ti Ordered 1 min. past order opening Nov 2-9 U.S. delivery, no movement yet either. Hopefully soon. Interestingly, I texted with Apple support about my delivery window. He (obviously) couldn't change it...said that he couldn't change the shipping method from "Standard"...then a bit later in the text thread he said that he could put in a "Request" to change the shipping method, and if it was approved shipping would be by Express Delivery. I checked right after I completed the text thread, and while my delivery window has not changed, my shipping method changed from Standard to Express. It may not help much...but maybe it'll save me a day or two once the watch gets to the U.S. We'll see.
