That’s good pace. I think I’m getting slower. Age is working against me.
new PB for me. I previously hit 5K in less than 40-45 minutes but 35 minutes is much faster than before when I first started running it.

Tomorrow will be doing a smaller 25mins run before my dance, strength and yoga sessions. I have added a treadmill run to the agenda with my regular routine on the days I don’t have to work or go to school.

I still do a 10mins treadmill walk on the mornings before school

This may or may not be possible. I have an MRI scheduled Monday for my knee. I might need surgery, but even if I don't, my Orthopod might say no running or pickleball for possibly several weeks. Best case scenario would be a steroid shot and a short hiatus.

Unfortunately, the MRI was bad news. Without going into details, I'm having knee surgery December 4 and depending on how that goes, another may follow in a few months. I'm going to need some really easy challenges. I'm picturing:
Earn this award by visiting the physical therapist 14 times this month. ;)

Hope it goes well. My Dad had a knee replacement earlier this year and he was very good with the exercise. He is now more mobile than he has been in years and almost pain free most of the time.

Totally weird. I worked out way more than 11 minutes yesterday but I never got the Veteran's Day Challenge badge. I've gotten it every year I was eligible until now.
What does the activity app say for yesterday’s exercise minutes?
The challenge requires an 11 minute minimum time Apple Watch workout, which can be done on the native workout or fitness app on Apple Watch or on a third-party app like Strava and Nike Training Club/Nike Run Club. The workout must be at least 11 minutes or more when done in its entirety.

I completed a 25-minute run on Nike Run Club yesterday, and it counted towards the challenge for yesterday.
