new PB for me. I previously hit 5K in less than 40-45 minutes but 35 minutes is much faster than before when I first started running it.That’s good pace. I think I’m getting slower. Age is working against me.
Tomorrow will be doing a smaller 25mins run before my dance, strength and yoga sessions. I have added a treadmill run to the agenda with my regular routine on the days I don’t have to work or go to school.
I still do a 10mins treadmill walk on the mornings before school
