I made some progress yesterday. I ran 4.53 miles on the treadmill during a torrential downpour and rain that started in my area, bringing cold weather. I also did a 34-minute HIIT workout on Headspace to stay warm. I spent half an hour doing strength training on Nike Training Club No Speed Limit and 10 minutes doing yoga for runners’ cooldown on Nike.

As the rain intensifies today and tomorrow, I’ll be doing more long indoor runs. I’m 12/14 days into my November activity challenge, and I need to hit the 2.79-mile daily quota.

With knee surgery looming, I don't know when I'll be able to run again. Fortunately, I can walk as much as I want so I've been clocking 7 miles a day lately.
Ha, that sounds like me earlier this year post-hernia surgery. I wasn't allowed to run for two weeks but could walk at an easy pace as much as was comfortable, and after about 5 days I was walking 2 miles every two hours up to 5 times a day, which ended up being more than my normal total (which for the year in 6.6 miles/day.)

I hope your surgery and recovery go well!

Thank you. And heartfelt thanks to everyone else for their support.
