Good luck! Which marathon are you training for? My next one is Seattle in 4 weeks.Mine is 218.5 miles. Average of 7.05 miles / day. Should be doable with my marathon training. 😀

Ok, first of all, props to our RINGleader, Jason Hensley who usually starts these threads, for going from “probably not gonna happen” to “I’m gonna go for it I think” over a period of about 4 hours. We are all pulling for you.
My challenge this month is to close all 3 rings 6 times. Very doable. Last month I closed them all 3 times and had 3 other days where my exercise ring was over half complete.
Also, November is the month where my “second job” of refereeing basketball starts to kick in a little higher gear. It started on October with a small spattering of games the past two weeks. I’m November, I’ll be working a couple afternoons a week doing the same, and Men’s Rec League kicks off Monday night which means I could be running 3 games a night another 2-4 nights per week. I normally do 2 or 3 nights.
Additionally, I noticed a week ago that my weight has been creeping up a bit again, so I made a commitment to myself that beginning November 1, I would either work games or get on the elliptical at least 5 days per week.
So, I’ve got this. Should have a completed report by next weekend. Kinda boring and anticlimactic really.

Che bella! That's one that I'd love to run. I'll have to wait a few years until we get the kids out the house, and my wife and I can take longer vacations at different times of the year. For now, I'm trying to hit all of the U.S. states.I’m running the Rome Marathon in March.
Subscribe to more podcasts! I listen to at least 4-5 hours of podcasts a day lol, they’re great.Ouch.
I’m a walker, not a runner so that’s spending at least 3 hours per day walking, just as the weather turns cold!
I better subscribe to a few more podcasts, or maybe I’ll skip it this month and hope the challenge calculation’s expectations drop!
I thought my 30,000 monthly burn was a lot. You got a hard goal to fulfill. Good luck with that.burn 34100 calories, 1110 per day ... I need a break this month, not happening
WELL DONE!Got off the elliptical last night and BOOM!! The awards came in.

Thank you for your service. I am not active duty or a vet but I also completed the Veterans Day challenge.
I did so by walking about a mile to my sons place of work when I discovered my car had a dead battery this morning. It was 28 degrees.
nice! I'll post my next milestone in 93 days
