Actually I believe you can change the Win7 taskbar back to how it used to work previously. Maybe he done that.

Actually I believe you can change the Win7 taskbar back to how it used to work previously. Maybe he done that.

In the screenshot, "Windows Sidebar" can be seen in the Start Menu and from what I've heard, Windows 7 does not have a Sidebar.
