its 11:45am I called the tampa apple store, Plenty in stock and no waiting.
I pre-ordered and my delevery date is next week. Hopefully I can cancel and have it today.

I live in Atlanta area and there are many ATT stores.
fortunately, I live a min away from ATT stores. went to the store about 10:50AM and took 10 min to activate two phones then went home. took about 10-15min.

[The Reason]

I stopped in at an AT&T store at 7:58 AM this morning. Was helped by 815 and had my phone ready to go before 8:30. They even provided free coffee & donuts/bagels! Let's see if your UPS guys brings that today!

(disclaimer - I've never queued up for a lengthy period of time for a phone. I save those times only for the life altering BBQ of Franklin BBQ in Austin.)
