A feature can still be a bad one or a badly implemented one (even if it's not actually buggy). That's not a bug, it's a feature.
I'm guessing we'll hear about people opening other people's iPhones via TouchID at approximately the same rate we heard about spontaneous iPhone 5 bending. Plus some TouchID electrocutions sprinkled here and there and it's likely going to involve people trying to see if TouchID works in the shower or after sticking their finger in their ass.
I'll be waiting for the "the silver ring gives me an electric shock every time I try to unlock my phone" -gate.
Do you think iOS 7 will be horrible on iPad 5 and iPad mini 2 as well?
What do you guys mean by laggy animations? If I touch an icon on my iPad the program opens up quickly. Do you guys mean there's now a delay between touching the icon and the program opening up?Laggy animation-gate.
Fine, I'll play. I am running beta 6 of iOS 7 on an iPhone 4S. I don't get any laggy animation issues. I've used android phones before and can't seem to detect anything wrong. I just wonder if this is all in people's heads.Time for devil's advocate... and all jokes aside.
I strongly believe the public will go get pretty mad about the slow animations - it ruins productivity, and makes using an iPhone rather annoying compared to Android.
On Android you can minimize to the homescreen and start swiping as the animation is still even completing!
iOS7 you have to wait till the animation to fully complete and icons to fly-in before you can start swiping... zzzz
Prepare for the backlash, and inevitable iOS 7.0.1 "faster animations" fix.

My guess is you're just jumping on some dumb bandwagon here and there is really nothing wrong.
iOS 7 isn't changing much. Bugs will be fixed. Icons will not change. Animations seem to be set. That's it.
If I have to call a "gate" I'll say fanboy-gate.

Watch this please.
It's not "lag", it's just slow animations. Stop looking for lag, nobody says it is lagging... it's just slow.
It's part of Apple's "trick" to make iPhones seem smoother, they show you a nice animation to hide the lag, and can't do anything whilst it is animating.
Please can you tell me how to do that Footer stuff that all your Apple devices show in? On all your posts?

While not Apple's fault and congruent with common sense, I can see people becoming up in arms about TouchID not working with gloves on.
System default apps like Email, SMS are right to left.
It used to all be left to right...![]()
You can do it both ways. Left to right and right to left
