Had the 6+ but switched to the 6.

Love both phones, but the 6+ pulled my pants down when I walked with it in my pocket.

Can't have none of that.

I bought a 6 and I'm more than happy with it, but I'll probably get the 7 Plus, or whatever Apple decides to call it two years from now. I don't think I'll have any complaints about size coming from a 4.7" phone.

I was on the fence as well. I was dead set on getting the 4.7" thinking the 5.5" was way too big. That is until my wife convinced me that I'd like the bigger one instead. So I guess it's true what women say about liking it bigger. They're lying to you if they say bigger isn't always better.

I really have to second the point OP made... I was wary of keeping my 6+ when I first got it (was delivered last Thursday). Over to weekend I became acclimated to the size.. no way I'm going back. :)

I've had the 6 Plus for a little over a week now and am absolutely loving it. I was in Best Buy today and went to take a look at the regular 6 and while it is a very nice phone, for me it looks too small after getting used to the amazing screen on the Plus. Also the 4S looks like a child's toy now it is so small. I can't believe I ever used a phone that small! There is definitely no going back now. The only thing I'm considering is swapping the 64GB for the 128GB since mine is already almost full.

I feel the same exact way! Even the 5 feels like a toy, but a 4/4S is unbelievably small! I could never downgrade to a smaller phone after having the 6+. My next step is to get the 128 gb myself, but i'll probably wait the iPhone 7 for that :)

Past

Before the Apple keynote and when it was just rumors, I had already made my decision to get the 4.7" iPhone, instead of the 5.5". Like everyone who doesn't buy a 6+, I was afraid it would be too big and overkill. Last minute decision, I decided to get the 6+. Here is my review!

Present

-Battery-
I didn't even really pay attention to the battery differences in the keynote, but was one of the first things I noticed about my 6+. No matter how hard I try, I can't run this thing out of life. Using the phone for 24 hours still netted 20% battery left. Even with heavy use of bluetooth headphones in the gym for 2 hours at a time, and my entire day consisting of being awake 17 hours, my phone still retains 40% battery remaining MINIMUM.

*snip*

Yep, this person's review is worth listening to.

i agree with everything. but the deal breaker is how this is the most fragile iphone to date, and its ridiculously large. Its unwieldy and requires too much "babying"

That's why im returning my 6+ for the 6.

NO ONE CARES. This isn't your personal blog. And I have two 6+ before you say I'm mad because I have a 6. I don't know why every person has to make a thread. You're not important.

I love the 6+, it's just that it's too large for me. I want something I would be able to use it when I run or do other exercise. 6 is a bit big as it is, nevermind 6+. I love the display of the 6+ though and I think that is the major thing it have over the 6. IS as well, but lot's of people won't notice a big difference on that.

Glad you like the choice you made. I went with the 6 and I love it. Already getting idiots asking if it bends while using it or in my pockets.

I like my Plus well enough and I'm keeping it. But if the 6 gets a better battery in the S version and a display upgrade I will probably go with that. I've got a good wallet case protecting my Plus so fragility isn't a problem but dang, it's big in my pocket when I'm out doing yard work, or any kind of physical work, really, which is most of my day. I didn't like the 5s jabbing me in the leg either, though, but I could still squat down and lift things. Now I have to angle my leg out a bit.

Plus is fun to use but not so much fun to carry. I wonder if a 5" display would have made a better overall experience for most people.

Yup the 6+ is defiantly special. Glad I went this route over the 6.

FWIW, I feel I am defiantly special as well. :D

Glad the OP likes his phone. I imagine as I've sat around waiting for my 6 to arrive that I could learn to like the 6+, but I don't think my pockets would be happy.

How many endless threads about this will there be??

Every thread ends eventually. ;)

It's funny to see these people who complain about why someone made another thread yet they clicked on the thread and posted about it lol. From the title, it was obvious what it was about. Next time don't click on it.

Exactly! Everyone just chill and get the phone that best suits you. Just don't get a 16GB one. Lol. Don't make the mistake I did. Thankfully I was lucky enough to be able to find a 128GB 6+, and hopefully everyone here can find the phone that suits them best.

6+ FTW Love mine as well. You hit the nail on the head when you said after 3 days you don't notice the size. It truly is just a phone to me now
