Join UPS My Choice (free) and choose the option to hold at UPS terminal. You can have it held at other UPS stores, but that cost. A UPS employee on these boards said store delivery may delay shipment because they have to make a new address label and in the process might miss the local truck. I know every time (knock on wood) I have had a shipment held at the terminal, my device was waiting at the counter by 10:00 a.m.
