Hello,

Planning to update my Macbook Air m1 to Ventura beta. I read that NTFS access softwares like Paragon and others are not working.

Mounty has already written on their website that it's not compatible on Ventura and they won't be able to update it in future.

Is there any software working for NTFS write access on Ventura?
Need it quite a lot.

I bought Paragon and using for last 4 yrs without issues. They also don't any any info in their forum about Ventura compatibility yet.
iBoysoft says, their software is compatible but it's pretty expensive with yearly subscription.
Fuse is compatible but needs some commands every time we use.

Yes, I read about it before posting. Looks promising. But it might involve some command lines usage every time we connect drive.

Are you sure @tmoerel ? ... On macOS 13 Ventura? ... In this case you are our myth! Even more if, kindly, you provide us with some graphic proof (eg: a copy's screenshot on external NTFS disk) :)
I upgraded from 12.6 to Ventura RC today. Thankfully NTFS paragon (paid) and Omi ntfs disk pro (free) both are working good if it helps. I don't use Tuxera so haven't tested it.

Thanks! “Omi NTFS Disk Pro” is on the Apple Store and I had it... I have also Tuxera NTFS and NTFS Paragon licenses.

Can somebody please confirm everything works in Ventura? I still have an older version of Paragon NTFS For Mac because it came for free with my Seagate external hard drive.

Only the latest version "Microsoft NTFS for Mac" by Paragon Software (15.10.468) works with macOS Ventura, previous versions do not.
I have the latest version of Paragon NTFS and it works great for me in Ventura.
In any case, in Ventura you can write to NTFS disks both with Paragon and with other Apps (E.g .: Tuxera). The reports that assert the opposite are not true.

Hello! are there any users here who have the new Ventura and paragon NTFS 15.10.468 installed ? I can't get it to work in any way. I tried all possible options. my mac Apple M1 Ultra, macOs Ventura 13.0 (22A380), ssd APPLE SSD AP1024R, AppleAPFSMedia. Allowed actions in the security policy. But there is still a problem with the program's access to the disk or system. I installed the system from scratch. but nothing helps (The problem is on macstudio and maybe it's their ssd drives.Paragon NTFS 15.9.314 is installed on my M1 pro max macbook and it works fine.

I've had to uninstall Paragon NTFS for Mac (current up to date version) due to a large number of Kernel Panic reboots. I was seeing 4-5 crashes by noon, all listing the app in the crash report, and still happening when it was entirely disabled. Reinstalling had no impact. Removing it completely was the only way around it.

This is on a 2020 M1 MBP 16GB/2TB

The official download of Tuxera is tuxerantfs_2021.1.dmg, this clearly indicates it is not compatible with macOS Ventura. I downloaded the trial and unable to run it on my MacBook Air M1. Paragon does work well on Ventura.

Update: UUbyte NTFS Geeker is now fully compatible with Ventura and M2 Mac.

Funny. That version, that was already installed when I upgrade to Ventura, was working OK for me.
Now since a few days I am running version 2022-RC and still all OK.

That is weird. Tuxera was not installed on my Mac when upgrading to Ventura from Monterey. I downloaded the installer from Tuxera website and it told me this version supports macOS up to version 11.0 and asked me to check its website for an updated version that official supports macOS 13.0

The funny thing is that I don't know where the place is! The official download page only hosts tuxerantfs_2021.1.dmg

I was having kernel panics on my 2018 Intel Mac mini, and each crash log referenced NTFS for Mac. I uninstalled it (used TrashMe3 to remove it), and I haven't had one crash since.

I also saw that the "current" version wasn't very current at all. It would be great if they'd confirm they're still working on this and released another update. Given that Bootcamp isn't an option on Apple Silicon, they might be in the same mode that Parallels is in.

Yes they are still working on it. 2022-RC (release candidate) is out.
