Regarding the title, that is a ridiculous Assertion.

Actually the key here is civility. That comment was not needed by any means unless your primary goal in the discussion is some combination of insult and starting fights in what should be a civil discussion.

Ha! The “Professor” blocked me in another thread because....I don’t even know why since he was the rude one as in this thread. He’s certainly full of himself and can’t handle being disagreed with.

Apple, like other companies and the government, can be held responsible if the phone itself was owned or reimbursed by Apple. That's a second dimension.

Where does it say that? Saying it is different than it really being a matter of the law or someone suing and winning a one-off lawsuit.
