I haven't gotten that pop up.
But Everytime I text my husband who has the Note 9 it says "Number changed to primary"

Whatever that means. It's quite annoying.

I believe that that error message is related to the upcoming dual SIM function in iOS 12. Are you running stock iOS or beta?

Stock iOS. Oh ok. I forgot about the dual sim.
