Numerous Suspect Apple Tablet Images Surfacing

With less than 48 hours to go until Apple's media event where it is widely expected to introduce its tablet device, the Internet has been awash in claimed "leaked" images of the new device. We've gathered here a few of the recently-surfaced images for interest's sake, but we believe that none of them are genuine.

The first photo looks kind of cool, the 2nd two look two square and big, but the last one is an obvious fake and not in apple's style.
 
The french ad is definitely fake... Apple would not focus on a virtual keyboard as the highlight AND... most of all.. the image is off center! And gets worse as the iPad rotates!

Fun though... can't wait to see the real thing on Wednesday!
 
Middle two are interesting but lack the apple style. I have hard time believing that a device promoting multitouch will have two physical home buttons. But maybe thas jus me?
 
They all look cool, but the last one is obviously fake. Giveaway: the ports. If they're on the back & the tablet's as thin as it appears to be, then when you plug in a USB device or ethernet cable, the connector looks like it'll pop out the front (or very well near it). Maybe ports on the side, but even ethernet port will probably be too big. Besides, isn't the tablet supposed to be used as a wireless device?
 
What song is that in the commercial? Shazam doesn't recognize it. Would be a good idea for an unknown artist to put is music in a fake commercial that a bunch of people are going to watch Ha
 
Let me say that they are numerous differences or "design mistakes" between the photos and the commercial. In the commercial the screen it is bad positioned and it "has" ports in in the backside that look like images, no 3D modeling. So... for me its a fake.

In the first image we have a iPhone like Home Button, that in the other renders there is not there. In the video there is a small Apple logo below the screen, but it isnt in the photos.

Ah another case of Extremus Neurositus of the mind.

You see, people suffering from Extremus Neurositus feel an uncontrollable neurotic urge to do something. In this case, create fake photos and videos of a practically fictional device that no one knows anything about. I absolutely love that they are all different.

2 Home buttons.
OFF, which is a possible sign of total fake.
Then the commercial with the ill centered screen and lots of back hook ups which make no sense.

I agree, the back looked like an iMac without the stand and a black stripe. And Im sure its been said before but I really hope they dont call it the iPad it just makes me think a stylus should be included and called the iTampon :confused:

based on rumors, the video did get one thing correct. I remember reading a rumor last week that said that the Tablet would resemble the original iPhone that had been flattened, and would have a long black strip in the back where presumably the wireless antennas would go.

but the video also says "After 10 Years of Development." That i can remember, Apple normally doesn't advertise how long a product has been in development, also Apple also end their commercials with the :apple: Logo on the screen, not :apple: iPad (ex: iPod nano... next frame... :apple:)

but it's still hilariously bad
 
the reflections in the middle two are soooo badly done.

check the reflection in the 2nd one (third one in total).. the keyboard is gone :)
