NYC: Upper West Side Apple Store

UPPER WEST STORE at the location of Victoria Secret

FYI

As I live right around the corner, it seems to be true that New Apple Store WILL be at the location of V-Secret.
Because, they did close the store and now its a construction site.
So, not at tower record site.

It's true. Victoria's secret is gone. No more perving out on my lunch break. Now how long will it take for Mac-pple to make a glass and concrete shrine to itself?

BUT, I can see adding another NY store, just not in Manhattan, it's overkill; why not put one in Brooklyn? It's cheaper, becoming more trendy/fashionable, and there isn't one there yet.

PS. The Starbucks aren't the problem, it's all the damn bank branches taking up space.

Yes, there's still very cheap real estate in Bushwick lol!

And while lamenting over all the Starbucks and bank branches, we shouldn't forget the Duane Reade's on every other corner!

But, I'm just so happy with that there will be four stores in the city - some open 24 hours! And also Tekserve. Good place to be a MAC devotee.

You will be happy to know that it is 100% true that they are building an apple store at this location. I work at the nearby kaufmen center and apple had to contact our administrtion since we are right next door.

Yup, the Santa Monica store is a few miles from where I work.
