I have a question:

I'm unsure exactly how much money I've got in my account so would I be able to purchase it with another member of my family's card? I have the cash just not in my account and I fear the time I've went to the bank and paid money in I'll be too late!

i very much doubt that!! lol..

Just had an email through (god bless push email!) saying its available in the online store at 8am.....

Mildly exciting may just cover it :)

despite signing up almost immediately after the pre-reg started, I have never received an email or text from them, they clearly think i'm geeky enough to find it myself.

I think you should definitely go to a store and leave the delivery ones to me. i mean to save yourself the hassle. yeah, that's definitely it.

Lol. Good stuff. I think I will got to the stores then....naaat! I'm just refreshing the upgrades page as we speak :D

Yeah I got this email to. PAYG wont be available to later this year for definite now. Its written on the site! :(

I'm already an O2 customer though and I'm eligible for an upgrade, all I'd be doing is buying the handset with a different debit/credit card.

what i meant was about the "being too late" part.. as in you can head to the bank, deposit the cash and then upgrade using your debit card..
i doubt they will be sold out in an hour!! lol

To be honest - we all know how reliable or unreliable couriers can be - And also the store has a clause about stock shortages. If you can make it to a shop, and want to have an iPhone for sure on the 11th, i'd still recommend just going there and buying one...

confirmed no white 3G iphone, able to order black 16 or 8Gb.

Whos got the balls to order one, and not goto a shop!

Hmm I got half way through an order and they said I have to ring telesales. Screw that. Way too many unknown variables. It's probably safer to turn up on the day and get one.

I'd love to order one.....but you can't get past the "choose delivery" screen - think someone forgot to build the 'Continue' button onto the website - argh!
