Least that gives a little hope to the rest of us! Mine was the full 14 days yesterday also (though I guess officially seeing as they didn't start unlocking til the 10th 14 days is today, I've got my fingers crossed as I go to New York on Thursday). I called Customer Services yesterday and all they could suggest was resubmit, not very helpful. I managed to find a customer relations number on the website, and thankfully the agent I spoke to was at least able to see that my request was in the system and hadn't been lost, though he had no way of chasing up the request for me. The way they've been doing this seems to have been very sporadic
