Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

That's sort of what I'm hoping too; I don't need it earlier but it sure would be nice to have it.

I went to the Apple Store to play with the display models; they're fantastic. Both my wife and I agreed that we made the right choice to go with the Plus; it's big but not as unwieldy as some folks here on the forum would have you believe. It'll take some getting used to for those who haven't owned big Android phones, but man is it beautiful. I didn't think it would seem that much better than the 5S, but in person it really is. That screen...

Selling a phone for $1500 will cost you close to $200 in fees ($150 from ebay and a little less than $50 from paypal). Subtract $20 to ship/insure and you net $1280. I don't know about you, but for a $900-$1000 phone, that isn't worth the stress and headache of the process to me. Especially with the seller being exposed to the most risk if anything goes wrong or they try to pull the classing "buyer paypal dispute claim 6 months after the sale." To each their own though. I would need to make a lot more than $280-$400 for it to be worth it to me.

I find it impossible to believe my 9/25 (current) delivery estimate. I'm betting more like 9/23 but only time will tell. :D

that last arrival scan doesn't mean its still in China see this my explanation for that here"
I had the expirence that since there isn't a arrival scan before the 6.35 departure, they had to manually add it after the location scan and of course the UPS system doesn't let you back timestamp arrival scans, and they need to show an arrival scan. so that 7.10 arrival scan really doesn't mean anything. it was put on a plane and is in anchorage being off loaded

But I don't work for UPS just have some experience with this....or you could think i am talking out of my ass

So your phone is still in China and it is ready for UPS? Seems like a wasted day to me no? Hope that isn't the case for this batch.

No... We are in the same batch... It's probably in Alaska right now..., ups now shows my delivery date and they are stating 9/23 delivery for now instead of 9/24 from apple... It is going to the east coast for me

Also my shipping changed from just ups saver, to UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SAVER( as the ups site says it comes in 1-2business day..)

Ok just got off the phone with them, very nice lady however was just helpless in the fact. Couldn't explain why others that ordered after me are getting shipped before me. Wouldn't tell me if my order was ok, just kept telling me to check the status of it. Did say that Apple gave us all expedited shipping for free. I guess that was her way to try to soothe my aggravation. I was nice to her though :) lol

Almost sounds like the same woman I spoke to around 1pmET. She was nice, but no explanation as to why, said "it may have shipped and the site wasn't updated." - this was after I said my card wasn't charged (Dont think they will ship me a phone before charging me...lol) Anyway, she really had no idea, very apologetic. Stated it's supposed to be there Oct 1-6.

What can I say. The fact I don't think we'll see any more progress until Sunday night at the earliest, i assume..oh well, just have to see what happens. Not going to cancel...only way I would is if I do find the exact model I want and that I know 100%, without question I can get with ATT resetting my eligibility in 2, 3 minutes. But right now, I'm stuck with this. :rolleyes:

That's a good point, with the fees and risks probably not worth it...plus i want to use my new phone asap.

Orlando here and UPS has been showing a 9/25 delivery since the beginning for me. Here is to hoping it comes sooner!!
