Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

My leather case just shipped; it's coming via Fedex on Monday. Kind of ironic because I bought a silicone case at the Apple Store today assuming the leather case wouldn't be here in time. At least I'll have a chance to decide which one I want to keep; whichever provides more grip.
 
Mine switched to shipped at 3 pm finally a day later than the first wave from yesterday that switched to shipped.

Date is still 9/25 on ups tracking

But in my confirmation email it says delivers 9/29

On ups the title says "in transit to ups"

Is the next step for me an earlier ship date after "in transit to ups?" From those of you who got earlier shipping dates and shipment date updates from thurs to monday, is that what it said before it happened?

I'm lagging behind like a day so I hope I will get a newer date by tomorrow?

Just looked at last years order through reading old emails and it looks like it took 4 days to ship from China to Alabama. That was a Friday->Tuesday with shipping activity (obviously) over the weekend.

In this case that would put the phones in place Sunday to be delivered Monday- hopefully!

I'd bet the silicone gives better grip but the leather looks and feels nicer.

Orlando here and UPS has been showing a 9/25 delivery since the beginning for me. Here is to hoping it comes sooner!!

Just got my notification e-mail, and status change to shipped about 2 hours ago? It's not too late!

I thought the silicone would be grippier than it is; it's very soft and almost feels powdery. It'll be interesting to compare the two. I love the way the leather looks and like that it'll age, so if neither has a particular advantage in grip, I will prefer the leather.
 
I'm messing around on the FlightAware site. Pretty awesome amount of information they offer. I am trying to figure out if there are UPS flights departing from ZhengZhou airport around 6:35 to ANYWHERE else, but I can't find a way to generate a list of UPS flights leaving that airport... anyone know where I might be looking. At this point it's more intellectual curiosity than anything else. Hopefully the flight has already made it to the States.

Feels like Monday/Tuesday is a 2nd launch for us lol.
 
So I have a question everyone. Its scheduled for a Monday delivery to my house but I'm concerned I will not be there as I have work. Is it smarter to have them leave it or try to change the address and if I do that is it going to delay my monday day?

I am with you. I have nothing. However I went to my local Apple Store to compare. No question 6 Plus is the right choice for me. We can withstand the storm.
