Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

WorldPort will be scanning the parcels automatically after they're unloaded, and most flights leave around or shortly after 4 am, so we will know in the next hour if our phones made it out of China before the cutoff and are getting early delivery or if they're coming later in the week. I'm gonna wear my F5 key out this next hour.

Just finished that video. Remember seeing it on TV awhile back, but WOW that entire system is incredible. Hats off to whoever could design and engineer all that.

Cancelled my Oct 1-6 order cuz it said processing for 7 days. Happened to find one at a local store I'm visiting!!

I6+, 64gb, Space grey.

Very happy that I'll be able to pick it up in a couple hours!

Mine hasn't, and 4 am is the cutoff time for a mass customs import update at Louisville, so I think our phones are INDEED still in China, probably will be getting on a flight to Anchorage in the next 24 hours, and will still get to the majority of us by around Tuesday, even if it says Thursday delivery like mine does.

I need to get some sleep, I have to wake up a little early and run some errands. But i'll check the tracking once I get up lol.
 
Got my 'Shipped' status a few hours ago... does anyone know if I have a chance of expecting it before Thursday?

ALSO... I ordered Space Grey.. but Support Profile shows a silver iPhone 6 Plus icon.. is this accurate?? I'm a little worried about that :(.

About 26 hours since that shipped status change. I wasn't able to track it on UPS with the references numbers, Apple gave me a tracking number now to check it directly.

I am still kind of paranoid about that icon too. Normally Apple is spot on with what product you have, at least in iTunes. I understand this is a different service, with maybe just a subset of icons.

I'm happy to report!

My phone is heading out of China. I have a tracking number for my case, and a tracking number of my phone.

Phone may show up Thursday UPS thinks, Case Friday. Hopefully that changes as it actually gets on the road!
 
Got Shipment Email from Apple

UPS Updated - Delivery 25th Expedited

Hmmm how do I check the week of production?

Serial Number is mostly letters

It has 1 7 5 in between the letters

I thought there supposed to be 37, 38 to know the week?

Originally 10/1-10/6 delivery
Prepared for shipment on 9/18
Order updated to shipped on 9/19 with 9/25 arrival
Checked tracking on 9/20 and is expected to be delivered 9/22 morning delivery

Hey,

I ordered my iPhone 6 Space Grey on Tiesday, and during the night on Thursday it changed to preparing to ship.
My delivery estimate hasn't changed however 30th-3rd Oct. do you guys think I'll get it sooner since it's changed to "preparing".... It's still on this status now.

Frustratingly the leather case has already arrived, I'm excited about the 4.7 screen now, defo happy with my choice of phone.
 
Wife's Oct 2-7 order just sent the shipped email and says it will be delivered the 29th.

UPS tracking only shows the origin scan. No other updates or dates.

I wonder how long it will sit in China.

Mine has been preparing for shipment for 2 days now. The UPS trick doesn't work with my phone number nor the order number minus the last 2 digits. I've tried with and without my zip and every combination in between. Same on Fedex. Are you all leaving it as package or should it be freight? Either way no dice for me still. Sucks! Anyone else in this boat? My card was charged yesterday morning.

That was my post yesterday. I have an update today...

ZhengZhou, China 09/20/2014 1:45 A.M. Departure Scan

Local time in Zhengzhou is now 7:30pm (19:30) on Saturday 9/20. That means my phone departed Zhengzhou some 18 hours ago.

Should be arriving in AK in a few hours and then routed to Louisville! Horray!
