Same here. The rep basically told me in no uncertain terms that until the scheduled shipment date of Thursday the 25th came and went, UPS still considers the package to be on schedule and wasn't going to give me any other information. She told me to keep watching the website
Like I haven't basically been causing a denial of service attack on the UPS website with the F5 key already.

I told the rep I worked for Ups and I know how the system works but couldn't figure out why my package has been stuck since Friday. I asked if he could see something on his end that I couldn't see. He read off my entire order-delivery date and address
