West Coast thing? I'd be pissed though, the delay notification specifically says a one day delay.
Mine left Shanghai at 9:13 also
located on the east coast expedited shipping, Thursday delivery

Upon arrival in Anchorage it's another 5.5 hours ride to Louisville, KY hub (Except Osaka flight seems to go to Chicago/Rockford after Anchorage) so I think it should be there around midnight - 2am on Tuesday 9/23. Then per our resident UPS guy (flyingwasabi) they should board 4am flight to your local airport and then loaded to the truck by 7am for delivery!!
