Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

It is UPS105 from Osaka to Alaska. Should arrive in Anchorage around 4:48pm ET and then another 5.5 hours to Louisville which should arrive around midnight-2am ET in Louisville.

Plenty of time to get on the flight to your airport at 4am.

Seems like the Incheon flight is delayed (the website kept saying "Scheduled" since 1 hr ago when it should have departed). Osaka and Shanghai flight has departed!

Updating everyone's delivery date as 'early' (for 9/22) only to push it back to 9/23 while not updating the tracking system for days is a bit sloppy for a company the size of UPS (with all their technology and resources).

Today would have been perfect to receive it as I have the day off, but oh well. My UPS guy just delivered a Zappos package to me and I told him that I am expecting my iPhone tomorrow, but I am working and will try to be home in time to sign for it. He said, 'don't worry Steve, if it's on my truck, you'll get it tomorrow, I'll come back later at night if I have to before my route is done'.

He's a good guy, and this is why he gets a fat tip every holiday season.

both of our phones have delivery as wednesday, not tomorrow?

one was originally today (which is why i'm home) and the other (that was shipped first) was wednesday.

wonder why some got tomorrow and some wed?

both of our phones have overnight shipping...???
 
WOW ... just F YOU UPS.

It really is going to take 6 days for them to get from China to USA. Unbelievable.

So your contention is that Apple made absolutely no mistakes with regard to the preorder process? That's what your saying?

Let it be known, that just because its delayed doesn't mean its not going to be wheels up sometime today. flightaware is saying 10.14 departure. nevermind its an hour late

I would rather have not learned Friday that my phone had shipped, that way I could have skipped an entire weekend of refreshing UPS and reading this discussion. Let me know on Monday, when the Thursday arrival date is closer.

It's 10:14pm Korea time which is 1 hr ago :confused:

I'd rather those idiots at Apple wouldn't have put my phone "preparing to ship" on Thursday so I could have just gone to the store and picked one up like so many others have. LAST time I'm pre-ordering. Never again.

I hope it takes off soon. the longer the wait we'll miss the flight out of Alaska to Louisville. i have a theory. Maybe UPS wants to spread out the 3 flights so they all don't come in all around the same time in Alaska. So they held up flight 99.

GET THAT BIRD UP IN THE AIR!!!!!
