Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

I think as long as we make it to the plane to local airport by tonight we are A-OK because trucks won't leave without the next day air shipments even if they have to wait until 8am (according to a few posters here who work at UPS).
 
I wonder at what point of time will they reschedule our tracking info to reflect the Early Delivery notice if they do at all? Mine is still scheduled for Sep 25th Thursday, but the earliest could be as quick as tomorrow. depending on how its handled and if they really do sit on the packages as some say.

...It's barely delayed. They need time to refuel/re-inspect the plane and the cargo, so they pushed back the time for takeoff just a bit. It'll still meet its cutoffs in Louisville, it's landing about two hours before most of those planes leave Louisville. IIRC, a documentary I saw once said sorting at Louisville, from deplaning to loading on the new plane takes about 45 minutes total.


It'll be FINE. :D

Correct. It either has to go to Shanghai, Incheon, or Osaka before departing to Anchorage.

FlightAware currently shows 5 possible planes going from Anchorage to Louisville, I'm hoping my 6+ from Osaka will be on at least one of them...

Although UPS109 might be too tight for us, I think since UPS105, 81, and 99 all landed safely and scanned for arrival, maybe we can board UPS63 to Louisville?
 
People in this thread keep saying it's a 5-5.5 hour flight from Alaska to Kentucky... Where are you guys getting that info? It's at least an 8 hour flight from what I've seen. Just curious if we are starting to get a little delusional in here :D:D

Mine was in the 12:45 AM Shanghai arrival, 9:13 PM departure bucket.

Still showing 9/25 delivery.
