I'm in the same boat, Mr. Badger! Either way our phones could be in SoCal by sunrise but I'm not getting my hopes up. UPS will probably fly them to Hong Kong or something so we get them 9/25

when are the flights from anchorage supposed to land in louisville tonight?
is there any chance that mine was on this plane heading to Ontario??? sry if this has been answered before...
btw. i live 30 min away from ontario so it would be great news for me that the phone is heading directly to me right now
It's totally possible. I posted this before (typical Amazon.com orders route for my Prime shipments):
UPS 77 to Ontario, CA lands in about 1 hour and 20 minutes so I am praying for a scan! If not, looks like the University of Louisville!
Would be nice if I got updated with a departure scan out of Alaska
When are the flights from Anchorage supposed to land in Louisville tonight?
Flight 63 lands in 90 minutes
Flight 99 lands in 1 hr 48 minutes
Not sure about 61 and 81
Yay! Someone in Vegas too. As long as it makes it here by 4:26AM we should get it the same day, and there is a flight arriving from UPS at 4:23AM. So almost %100 guaranteed were getting ours tomorrow
Here is a shipment I got last month for reference.
Remember this is how UPS operates their network... if you look at all the UPS flights right now, you'll see almost every plane in the US is headed to Kentucky... UPS runs just about every overnight shipment through there... to simplify the plane routing... basically everything comes in around midnight.. everything leaves within 4 hours of that and heads off ... they do it every day.. maine to Cali, Washington to Florida... all planes go to Kentucky... as long as the airport is open and the warehouse has power... and the planes land in time for normal shipments (2am-ish?) they *can* make it to anywhere in the US by tomorrow. http://flightaware.com/live/fleet/UPS the whole us fleet
the question is: What did Apple pay for? Did they pay for "as quick as possible"... or did they pay for "no later than 25th" .... I would assume the latter... thus why there are expedited and savers together... letting UPS "balance" the load out.

I'm in Lake Forest, CA (near Irvine) hoping my phone is on the Ontario flight as well. I just got told I have to be on a business trip leaving Thursday morning (the 25th, which is when UPS says my phone is supposed to be delivered.) I can't miss this trip.....so UPS Gods, tomorrow or Wednesday - LET'S DO THIS!
Never have UPS flights been so feverishly tracked.
Flight 63 lands in 90 minutes
Flight 99 lands in 1 hr 48 minutes

Nice, There's a flight from Louisville to Miami but it arrives in miami at 5:40 in the morning. Is that even enough time for me to get delivery tomorrow?
