Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

My phone missed UPS 782 (left an hour ago to go to SAT), looks like it'll hop on this one!

Shanghai 9:40 arrival... No movement I guess till morning...oh well congratulations on the baby!

I guess I'll lurk until 9/25. #
 
Welp, flight 1232 into RIC is in the air. No scan yet to confirm whether my phone made it onto the plane yet or not.
 
No update past Louisville. I guess its just gonna sit there over night... Hopefully it'll travel tomorrow... (Tuesday)
 
I called at midnight on the 12th, then Verizon crashed so the rep gave me a reservation # but she put in the last 4 digits of my soc. # wrong (first two reversed) so my phone didn't officially get pre-ordered till sometime on the 13th. I was given a delivery date of between Oct. 2nd and 7th. They took my money on Friday, then had a Verizon inconsistency issue sometime over the weekend which I fixed by canceling a change I was making on my Verizon account, and then they informed me yesterday the 22nd that my phone will arrive this Friday the 26th.

Yeah. The possible flight mine could have been on has been in the air for about 40 minutes now and no departure scan. Oh well. My case will get here today so I guess that's something at least.
 
If your phone doesn't have an Import Scan and doesn't leave Louisville by 7 am, it's probably not getting out of there until 5pm, so expect it Wednesday.

Just curious what it was doing in that magic worldhub for almost 3 f*#$ing hours then. It sure wasn't getting processed.

Found a discussion from a previous iPhone release, with so many phones trying to clear customs at once it can take 10-14 hours to go, which is where the "import scan" comes into play. They can't do anything until the government is happy.
