I've heard in the past that some screen errors work themselves out in 1-2 days of usage. Yours sound pretty serious, but maybe you'll get lucky and that will be the case.

Iphone get!
Took an hour standing at the customer service center though..... have to say I think the longest I've waited at a UPS center....
and of course because all the 9/25ers are getting their phones.... can't seem to activate it (servers are busy)...

Well, the 6 plus might as well be an iPad mini, but I love it for that. Best wishes everyone. It's worth the wait
Out For Delivery!!
Working from home today so I don't miss the UPS driver. When my iPhone 5 was shipped my wife happened to be drying her hair and didn't hear the doorbell, of course it was Friday... Was a long painful weekend knowing my new phone was so close yet so far. Not taking any chances this time around!

It's not a dead pixel. I worked as a Computer tech for an iPhone repair shop for 4 years and I seen these spots on most water damaged devices. It is a really bright spot that is brighter than the whole screen. Definitely not a dead pixel
UPS get your crap together. If my phones in Kentucky, it clearly can't be delivered today. Lol
Well the UPS CSR this morning told me that the local hub would give me a call within the hour to give me an estimated window for this delivery. Of course no one has called for the past 2 hours.
I call back and the CSR, who was much more knowledgeable on the Apple deliveries, said that Apple does not allow UPS to give timeframes. She also said that if I miss the delivery today I can call before 7PM and still pick it up at the local hub tonight.
Seeing as though she seemed to know a bit more I asked her why it said "Out for Delivery" yesterday, why it didn't happen, and then why it disappeared without any delays/exception notification. She just said she can only tell me what's going on now, but "not what happened in the past."
I told her it looks like someone made a mistake and decided to cover it up by deleting anything about it being OFD yesterday. She had no answer to that and that she did not want to speculate about why that occurred.
So here's to hoping that I receive my iPhone today. :/

Wow, did it really only take ~6.5 days (factoring in time zones)? Seems like two weeks!

UPS usually shows up around 3pm so we're enjoying a day together with the kid at school. Both phones are on their way. Nice day this is shaping up to be.
Don't think that rep knows what they are talking about, I was able to schedule a confirmed 2 hour delivery window for my phone.
My wife was going to be very bummed if she had to go without her new phone this weekend.

Sad day today for #Team520
Those of us who arrived in Louisville early this morning at 1:09AM. UPS is still showing today as the delivery date though but I highly doubt it for myself. The next plane coming out to my local area isn't for 4 hours and that's not including about an 8hr flight to the West Coast.

Sigh of course. But once one of them tell me that they can't do it, then it's been noted and then the next one will say the same thing again.

I already knew today just would not happen when it left Alaska.
