My 9/12 order for two 6's updated to shipped UPS with delivery for 10/25. Thing is, when the 5 was released, FedEx delivered it in two days. UPS, not so good. I know. Not UPS' fault. I guess Apple must have stopped including expedited shipping.

Tracked by Reference Delivery on 9/23! Ordered 9/12 4:23am CST
FINALLY. Ordered on apple website at 4:23am CST, 6+ 64gb Gray T-mobile contract free. Still says "preparing for shipment" on apple, but UPS track by reference has showed up and delivery scheduled for 9/23! I never called apple about getting expedited shipping...etc. Just waited and hoped for the best and what do you know..not disappointed at all. Hope everyone luck!

i think those of whose package has shipped, i think it should reach the states by late tonight/early tomorrow. from there, i think we could get it as early as monday. that's pretty much the time line my wife's phone took since early this week.
It's weird but i'm happy that it looks like i'll get it next week at least. Today would of been nice lol. First time not getting it on a launch day.

So if mines is "ZhengZhou, China, Friday, 09/19/2014" How can I track that plane?

At this point I would recommend following the UPS tracking website for the most accurate delivery times. It is possible that they can arrive earlier such as Monday for those scheduled by Apple on Wednesday. It all depends on speed through Customs and travel to UPS hubs. No matter what I am thrilled that it is earlier than 10/1. Now debating visiting the Apple Store to see the size of the plus in person.
That's not accurate. You must live in LA. When you change the delivery instructions, it puts it as a "location" update. Plus, the UPS flight doesn't go straight from China to LA. It stops in Alaska, then goes to Kentucky, then to LA.
hmm, that's what i thought too.. but for the wife's 6 (set to arrive today), the "location update" is in china and not LA. i think you might be right, but i hope you're wrong
