Oct 4-Oct 10 SHIP date still processing

Card charged. No tracking on UPS using the order number minus the last two digits nor either of my 2 phone numbers.

Sunday night my card got charged and then it moved from processing to PFS. Woke up this morning and it was back to processing again. Card is still charged. *sigh*

What banks are you guys using? I'm wondering if there is some sort of processing dispute between Apple and some banks. It's definitely a far off guess...but it's weird to see all of these orders go from "Processing" to "Preparing For Ship" back and forth.

I have Bank of America, and as soon as my phone went PFS, I was charged and the fee never went back and forth. It took three nights of PFS then it went to shipping.

I decided to switch over to the apple upgrade program and got approved through Citizens One. Still in processing.

One detail to note (may or may not be useful) was that I noticed my billing address on Apple.com was one digit off. I was only able to correct it via getting into Citizens One's account dashboard. The change didn't reflect itself on Apple.com's order detail page but Apple's chat specialist assured that it was alright.

Dude. I have the exact same order. And it's still processing. I'm super irritated. Has anything happened with your order yet?

I did get an email from Apple that my payment was declined by Wells Fargo. I followed their instructions immediately and got the payment unblocked and then submitted it again. 1 hour later, it showed up on my bank statement, and the status changed from processing to PFS. Later that night (Sunday) it changed back to processing. The charge is still on my bank statement. The delivery date actually changed from Oct 3-7 to Oct 4-10 when it went back to processing too.

same with me. slightly later than some... 11:30am on the 16th. still, in before lots and still stuck in processing. ordered my wife's rose gold 7 at the same time and she got hers launch day. go figure

apple definitely produces things in batches, so hopefully they're going to pick up a big bunch of 7+ 128 GB black GSM today. same thing happened with the original apple watch; all of the sudden ALL of a certain config would go out, including pre-orders and some who ordered much later.

Mine is also GSM. 128GB matte black 7 Plus. Still processing. Confirmation email at xx:57 on 9/9.

Lmao. I ordered within the first 45 mins of going live and it's still in Processing! No cc charge no nothing! Trying my hardest to find one locally so I can cancel this stupid bs. Worst preorder I have ever dealt with in my life. Ridiculous! Seeing them in Apple stores for joe blow to just waltz in and grab his with no problem is so sad on apples part. People who preordered should be MAIN priority before sending them to Apple stores so people can reserve or just walk in. Smfh. End of rant.

Dude I'm definitely there with you. Such bull crap. Pre orders should be a priority. And all of them, not just the "popular colors" first.
