Does anyone else realize that the free song didn't change yesterday, and still hasnt changed on the ITMS?

Yeah, I noticed that this morning. The new releases haven't changed either. There will definitely be something iPod/iTunes related.

He'll be a dark silhouette on a bright background with headphones dangling and a iPod with video playback capabilities in his hand (plus the usual black turtleneck and jeans). Or, maybe the turtle neck will be pink today to go along with the MadonnaPod. 😛

If you mean an official feed from Apple then there is not one.

Just remember when/if you don't get what you were "promised" today... that it wasn't Apple making the promises, but rumor sites and "analysts." And also, that anything Apple chooses to keep separate from today's event (new PowerBooks maybe?) could still happen soon--like next Tuesday.

(And rumors that don't come true today COULD be true as far as a product hiding in the labs. Some of those never make it out of the labs, but some do when the time is right.)

OK, now that we have seen those new silhouette ads showing a supposed wider form factor for the iPodV, and all of the dual core technology rumors, then it's time to start the rumor of the dual HD iPodV! This is afterall, a RUMOR site.

See what happens when I don't have my morning coffee....

And I like the name, iPodV - stands for Video and for 5G! Cool!
