Makes you wonder if the new iTunes look was MEANT for iTunes 6, but then they decided to move the nano (or something) sooner, so they had to whip up a slightly-reduced version of iTunes 6 (under the guise of the latest iTunes 5) that let the new look out of the bag sooner than planned. Thus supporting the nano early, but not releasing whatever iTunes 6 functions (more video stuff?) are coming today. Maybe?
